"Our wonderful, wonderful "distinguished older gentleman" has a home of his own, well before Christmas! Moses is off this coming week to join Brighton and Max with our friend Brett over in North East Georgia. He will become "first horse" for Brett and his wife Ashley's little boy and will have a home with them for the rest of his life.
The gratitude that I have for this amazing family who so willingly has opened their hearts to some of our most special kids is absolutely immeasurable. They took in our special Knoxville Livestock Auction rescue Ferdinand when we determined that a past head injury had left him unable to be ridden. Though he was with them only a year, I know he wanted for nothing until the moment he passed quietly in his sleep.
To Brett and Ashley, from the bottom of my heart (and the hearts of the hundreds who have followed Moses' journey with us), thank you! Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!!!"
